long time no writey writey

So yeah... fitness craze is going great! Net loss is 24ish lbs so far. I am sure i have started to gain muscle, i lost a shitload fast then it started to even out caue of my new lifting program i believe. So basically, the Keq (brandens exercise) = [cardio] [ diet] / [lifting] which is a positive value (denoting weight loss) but the second derivative is negative and approaching an assymptote (ie i am losing weight more slowly as i am gaining weight as well, and that is evening out0. anywhothefuck... I feel like i am in 10 times the shape (ummm cant really say that?) that i was in even last fall when i wasnt super lazy. So thats key.

Kung fu class is pretty awesome. I have learned that i have zero grace and hardly any coordination, but i am working way harder than the other kids so i think i shall excell. Oh, and i am totally more jacked than all of the kids i have met in the beginner class haha.

Summer fitness goals: to bring my weight down below 190 (not even gonna tell you guys where i was..) and at this level i should almost/probably have some abs. Yeah, i am a fitness crazy nerd guy, but its a healthy obsesssion.

I have fallen in love with chinese cooking... One pan.. and the perfect ratio of vegetables to meat (ie more veges than meat, as opposed to the american diet). I have been experimenting with new... flavors... as well. Too bad i need a new wok.

Classes are pretty dull. I have over a hundred in one class, but my history class will be a tough A; my professor really knows her stuff... and i totally ignored the prereqs haha.

what elesseee..... not too much for now. But i reccommend meditating before you sleep, lucid dreams may follow...
