At work, I need to run some software that only runs on XP.
Unfortunately, I'm three XP boxes short of what I'd like to have to have things run smoothly.
I don't have the funds to pay $75 per Win98 box to upgrade - and I only have one upgradeable Win98 box right now anyway.
Is there an XP software emulator that runs under Linux? I'm thinking I could plop Linux and an XP emulator on some Win98 boxes and run that way.
I can't run cracked WinXP because A) it's wrong, and B) the boxes are at school and they're pretty picky about that.
I don't need networking, just a monitor, printer, and Vernier LabPro interfaces and LoggerPro 3.5.
Any advice would be appreciated.
