Decisions, decisions...
So, I've narrowed down the area in astronomy that I'm going to work in for my project, so that narrows down my choices of advisors. I've decided that I'm going to apply for an NSF fellowship (which is due in 5-6 weeks) and so, in order to talk about my project, I should really have my advisor nailed down. That being said, the only people who really fit my subject are Bev Wills and Greg Shields. So I'll be talking to them quite a bit in the coming weeks.
I'm so ready for a research project, though. I'm so used to doing like 3 different things at once, that having just this outreach project is almost driving me batty. If I don't feel like doing that, I don't really have much else to be productive on...which is how I work when there's no pressing deadline...by whatever I feel like doing at the time. And usually, I have enough diverse things going on that I'll feel like doing SOMETHING productive.
Anywho...just trying to keep this up to date for the 3 people who occasionally look at it. ;)
