I AM THE SONIC (2) MASTER!!! X3

so me and my sis love chillin in our room watching DVDs, but it does get to be a bit of a pain squished on my tiny futon bed watching them on the laptop, so today we get the GENIUS idea of taking the spare tv from the dining room and sticking it in our room along with the PS2. This also allows me to bring back out my SEGA MEGA DRIVE!!! (just incase there's anyone here who hasn't seen one) i only have  sonic1&2, and street fighter, so me and ro started playing sonic 2, taking turns at the levels. naturally she gets bored and i, being quite bored (and totally unmotivated to write - boo! boo-urns!) carry on playing alone. half an hour later, and i'm on the last level!! but oh dear god i forgot how TEDIUS it is to defeat the final giant Dr. Robotnik, like seriously, took me nearly ten minutes! does anyone know how to beat him any faster, cause i just wait until he lands with his back to me, stops walking and then i hit him just before he takes off again.

As much as i love sonic, i REALLY miss Golden Axe, Shinobi, Streets of Rage, Road Rash and, god forbid, even Paper Boy! they just don't make games like that anymore! i'm pathetic really, i'd much rather be playing totally old school games and at a bit more of an advanced level, old PS1 games like GTA2, Tomb Raider 1&2 and Speed Freaks. I think that's what attracks me to the Wii, cause the graphics are pretty shitty just like the old games, it's just much more appealing to me!

Anyone else have any preference to games/consoles/whatnot??
