Life lessons or something like that
Well since the wife left and took most all the money things have been trying to say the least. I lost my job due to illness (totally not sure if they did this legally or not). Paying the rent and other necessary bills has been difficult. Living like a shut in helps.
Well I now have not one but two jobs and I still won't be able to pay for everything I need to. I was hired on Tuesday at Home Instead Senior Care as a care giver for the elderly. Full time as many hours as are available low pay. Today I was hired at ASU as an event attendant no more than 20 hrs a week low pay. I am desperately hoping to have enough by the first to pay my rent. I am hoping to have one more interview coming up here soon and if I get it I will have a full time job better pay. With the full time and ASU I can still work with Home Instead Senior Care as needed for extra money.
I am sad that like last year I will not be able to attend Gay Pride due to no funds. Oh well I guess it wasn't meant to be. I offered to volunteer to work with Body Positive at their booth but they can't pay admission into the festival due to lack of funds.
I know life will get better it always does. I just sometimes wished it wouldn't take so long to right itself. It doesn't look like I will be able to attend summer session at school since I can't afford to pay ASU what I still owe them. The positive to this is that I will be able to hopefully save some money for when I do go back to school. At least I will be getting financial aid in July. As soon as my name change clears with Sallie Mae I should be able to get a personal loan which will help with finances.
