So my grandfather just got taken into care, and me and my mother are down in Devon to see that my grandmother is alright.
It is much better than I thought is would be - nobody has asked when I'm having children yet, and although I've just spent two days without my beloved internets, the withdrawal hasn't been that bad.
My aunt en famille are away in Italy for the week, hence the lack of net, otherwise I'd just have asked my uncle what the WEP key was. It's taken me till now to realise that I could just locate the modem and copy it down off the side.
Possibly duh, but nobody else thought of it either, so I guess no more duh than anybody else.
Weather terrible, for the most part. Much worse than I thought it would be. Had to buy a whole new change of clothes because I just didn't think it would be this cold and rainy. Today has been good, though - although not for long enough that we could go out to Buckland Abbey or anything. We went shopping instead.
On the whole, it has all been rather sedentiary, which suits me, since to quote my mother, I could give a three-toed sloth a sit for its money.
