I just want to shout out to you peeps in the Wichita area... Mom and I are pleasantly surprised and happy with the way this house sale and the dealings with our realtor have been handled. Things could have been soooo much uglier, but our guy did a lot of legwork for us. His name is Don Rubottom (heh heh heh heh) and he's so much better than the smarmy guy who was our realtor the last time that I was ready to kiss him (or at least tell my mom to take him out for a drink after the closing). She seemed to think he was too young for her. ;P If you're thinking of buying, selling, perusing, etc. I would highly recommend him.
