Cheep Cheep!
When I opened the blinds today to let in the sunlight, we had 7 little birds enjoying the food I leave on the porch for the bunnies. It was a very nice way to start the day! A couple of them were dark eyed juncos, which I've never seen in Kansas. I only knew them because one of the WSU professors has an ongoing project in Wisconsin documenting the juncos in wilderness areas.
