First covid test - negative!
So I did the first covid test today with my friend, J****. She has a bunch of home tests from her work with the school district and we did that one and it came up negative. She says they are pretty accurate. Huge relief there. I have a test with the city scheduled for Wednesday and I am still going to get that one too - might as well do that too. Just to be sure. But good news on that.
I am still feeling my throat but this cold is not progressing at all - no more symptoms and not getting any worse. I am gargling with salty warm water and I went out and bought some lozenges. Throat is dry feeling but not really that sore. I have something but not much of something. I am just glad that it seems like it is not covid or the omnicron variant or anything like that.
Had some pizza for lunch and I can still taste so it is not delta either. So I am doing well.
That is my official report.
