Oh la...
Here I am. Not fully packed and heading to Los Angeles early tomorrow morning. Woo. I am going to see my brothers, my niece, my SILs x 2. Very happy and excited about it. I think we are going to see the Green Day musical, American Idiot, go to the Jewish deli that we like, wander Venice Beach and do other things.
The real motivation for my post is to link you to this post in "Oh No They Didn't" about fan fic. I am curious what the writer's on my flist think about this little thing that assaulted me as I logged into LJ. I have to say I found it somewhat hostile since fanfic has been alive and well here for some time. What do you make of this?

I admit to only glancing down at it and not reading it fully. I wonder if any of them realize that fan fic makers their work more popular. Most people who read fan fic tend to buy the original work too. Silly gits.
Anyhoo. I am thinking of a topic for the 100 things thing and will get that going when I get back. Fun! I am liking what all people are doing.
I am off for a few days and not bringing a computer with me. Be good!
