A bit of better but no butter

Feeling much better today, got a fix of my usual vice so I am certain that did a bet for my attitude, plus today stopped sucking right around 12:30 this afternoon...at least for me
My bestfriend's 'mother'(grandmother but did the entirety of the raising as mother was not available) died this morning, so she was pretty beat up and needed some company so I came home earlish to spend some time with her and get her calmed down. It was expected but there is only so much expecting you can do and I remember when my mental state was fragile enough that my recent lose would have shattered me so I can empathise with her because she is close to there.
As for me...I know I haven't mentioned it to many, but my new job, since I was a retard and quit my last one, is night manager of a new Silvermine Subs we are opening in Denver near University Hospital. One catch, it's not open yet...I've been employeed since this time last month and it was supposed to be done on the 19th of Dec.
It's cursed, I swear to god. The Plumber got some life threatening illness and was hospitalized, the plane carrying some of our equipment had severe issues and didn't get here. The magnets we got were for some dude in N. Carolina, a dentist even, all the equipment has something up w/ it, the contractors are idiots and have spent two weeks doing a one day job because it looks shitty everytime they do it..I mean...the owner, Joe, I don't know how he is still sane.
It's ridiculous...but it does mean that my 50 hour weeks won't start until the 5th at the earliest, so I have had a pretty lax month as far as work and am still making salary :)
Anyway, enough about me for today, but this is the first in an attempt to keep updating, so feel free to comment with ?'s or other things.
And yes Azzy, I know you want your Ogre Battle, and I will be sending it out next month sometime, I swear it, I was lazy for a long time and then unemployed, but I found it in a box of stuff yesterday and was reminded of it.
