I've had an quite interesting day...

Started the day with improvisation. And there was a part where we were divided into pairs and had the instruction; one moves from one side of the room to the other and the other person does all in her might to stop her.
When it was my turn to stop my partner I decided to do this:

mm, it's really hard work.. because you must use both your brain and your body o.o so you have to be there 100% mentally/physicaly or it won't work XDD
but seeing the results is so rewarding that it's worth it <3
