the court date was today for our neighbors eviction. the verdict is: EVICTED!!!!
our landlord called and told us the mother seemed very nice at court. we got the impression that the daughter went psycho. i'm not surprised since we had a fight out on the street. she threatened my dog and called me a jackass and a stupid faggot. i called her a stupid fat bitch and a cunt. yes, i used the "c" word.
anyway, it'll be at least 30 days if they stay as long as legally possible. hopefully they'll move out soon. we don't feel safe here while the daughter lives there.
