More about the wedding, After that, everyone including the sweaty camera guy walked oh say.. a quarter of a mile to the church and they had a small ceremony with family and friends. The church was massive and the guests probably filled up the upper 1/3 maybe. The bride and groom sat on pink chairs in the center with pink table (Wonderful) and it went as usual, nothing too exciting or awkward happened. After the wedding, I went on Bac Suan's bike and we went back to Phuong's (THE GRoom) house and they had a small reception there for close family and such. the big reception is at nite, i'll tell about that when i get there. Well, all of our uncles encouraged us to drink, and i saw no problem with that. Chinh and Toan didnt drink because they had a conscience. And i hope they don't fall to alcoholism when they grow up to be men. Hm. well , the newlyweds changed back to their normal clothes and ate around just like the rest of us. Also, they payed homage to Phuong's dead grandparents, maybe parents, i'm not too sure. You know, the thing with the insence. I couldnt see, i was pretty far back in the corner of the small small house. after eating different foods, me my brother and the 2 cousins went outside for a walk, no reason really. It was just too hot inside. Then we decided to go home. Not many people have cars and motorcycles cant take more than 3 full grown adults. So the main transportation for groups of people are these mercedes taxis. Its not THAT luxurious even with that name. After that I remember I took a shower and we rested because it was that time again.
Woke up and showerd. probably like..4 oclock now. All the men, including both my brothers, came to Anh Son's house. Directly nxt door. They had a mid-day meal and passing around whiskey. My older brother had a few, I had a couple, and my little brother didnt have any. The guys were talking so fast it was pretty impossible to understand what they are saying, even tho i can recognize the words. So pretty much everyone was drunk and we were done. Chu Phong drove Duc(my little brother) to his house, because thats where we're gonna stay that nite. Oh did i forget to mention Chu Phong is pretty messed up with the whiskey he's been drinking. but he did fine driving Duc. I came much later with Chi Linh(my cousin) shes a good driver but she never honks her horn when someones in the way, she yells at them haha. She drove me to Di Lien and Chu Phong's house and i'd meet Di Lien for the second time. I sat and ate some fruit (which is really really expensive at Jungle Jim's) and talked for a few with the ladies. my brother was upstairs playing some soccer game with Toan. SO thats about the time I went upstairs. I found Toan's guitar and i just HAd to show off like i always do with anything. The entire time was games, so nothing too special.
Evening of Day 2 ... We get dressed, Dao drove us back to the Church . The reception was huge. We had a pretty good time. Lots of wierd food i'd never had before, And everything went well, i'm sure i have pictures of it. Again, we drank. This is starting to become a daily thing. After that we went back to Chu Phong's place and slept. That nite, Anh Chuong and Chu Phong got a taxi to transport our luggage out of Co Minh's house and into the new place to stay. It was a great time because the place had actual air conditioning. Only the wealthy have air conditioning. We sleep! weeeoeoo day 3 comes tomorrow or when i have some free time to think.. to anyone who's read Every single thing . i love you =)
