WOOHOO!! I finally got my P's!! First time too! Take that little 16 year old kid at the Beverly Hills RTA who was getting his P's licence before me

You see here in Australia, we don't just get our full driving licence. No no no, that would be too easy and not painful enough.
What they do is give us a "provisional" licence, which basically means you stick a big P on the back and front of your car so that cops can target you and pull you over for breathing loudly. Not only that but we have to have these things for 3 years before we get our full licence.
Oh well, at least now I can drive without needing someone in the passenger seat.
Also, I can run over turtles. But I doubt I will because we don't see a lot of them around. Plus that's just mean.

lolol always nice to have someone laugh at my expensenot. yeah i'm getting it i'm getting it.. was supposed to have it this month but the stupid tests were all booked out till the middle of january. bah. i have my own car but can't drive it on my lonesome yet :( lol

I booked a last friday test and turned up fifteen minutes late. They cancelled it. I went on the net and after fifteen minutes, booked one for for last monday. Just keep refreshing the page until something pops up. I wasn't going to wait till january!

It is ridiculously easy to get a full licence in america. Actually it's kind of clever over here with the P's and all because it makes sure that new drivers don't go crazy and speed all over the place.
Beverly Hills is the suburb and RTA stand for Road and Traffic Authority. So our RTA is pretty much your DMV.

No, but they can be very rude
It depends on how they feel that day
The first time I went the guy at the counter was very rude
But the guy who did performed test was qutie nice and in a good mood so it all evened out
