An all-ages gig?
As I indicated in somebody's LJ the other day, the midweek pub meets will now become a strictly enforced 18+ event, with no exceptions.
So this has got me to thinking about revisiting the idea of putting on an all ages gig.
I think I can get the venue and bands together, however any suggestions are most welcome.
My two biggest reservations are as follows:
-Are 16 and 17 year olds (And for that matter, over-age people) going to come to a gig that is serving no alcohol?
-Is there a big enough pool of under 16 year-olds to make this worthwhile?
At this stage I'm thinking of a Sunday afternoon next school holidays (around September)
