My eyes hurt
So today was a long but balanced day.
I had two classes today. Worked through one of them. Listened to a lecture, and handed in my critique paper in tutorial.
On the other hand, I hung out with other design students. I was useless when it came to helping to decorate the display case. It was fun watching and laughing.
I saw Sally today. She's one of my favourite people. She's a second year design student. I met her at orientation when she did a tutorial/demonstration on how to mount. It was funny. She didn't have time so it was a crappy job.
Jasmine and I decided we should savour the pumpkin seeds since people did pumpkin carving. Sally was into it and decided to help us organize the seeds. We walked over to Dave's. We planned to watch Grey's but it was a rerun. That's okay. I had more fun preparing the pumpkin seeds.
We didn't know how to prepare it, but we figured it out soon enough. In the end, they weren't too bad, but we didn't make all of the seeds we picked out.
Sally said she liked me. I was happy. She said she liked my personality because well, as Dan would have said, "synical", but she phrased it was "dark humour". At least she doesn't think I'm mean, and she understands me, or what I'm trying to say when I do speak.
So, overall, I didn't do any work that is due next week and I really do since I need to go to Kinko's and go do some printing and binding. Ugh, oh how I hate my program and spending so much money on it.
