(I'm not nearly as collective as this would lead you to believe. I do feel that businesses are fundamentally not held accountable to the same standards of behavior that people are, which means that it is usually in their best interests to behave, for lack of a better word, evil. I think this is fundamentally the people's problem, as the general populace has never seen the need to fight this behavior in the only way we have - by not buying their crap. Therefore, the need for some central oversight I see in this was presumably picked up by the questions this thing asked.)
