I make this post only to marvel at all the things that even a wretched know-it-all like me, who has the internet at her fingertips, does not and cannot know. I also marvel at what I am about to post because once I accepted the fact that I was as gay as a skylark in June I applied all my nerdery to bear on that gayness. doing such things as
* Obsessively reading up on queer historical and literary figures
King James I of England. Queering the Bible since 1611
Faabulouuus!
* Scanning media for gay content and references
The Commercial Closet (since 2001)
* Searching for terrible puns and what not
Yes, I'm twelve.
I'm pretty up on the silly minutiae of all sorts of gay things. Except for Glee. So imagine my surprise when I discover that there is was a band called Dyke & The Blazers and I heard of them only today.
