Yes I'm back again.

Ack! My neck hurts. I've been up since 7:45am and the couch made my neck hurt. I had to take my brother to Silver Star to get body work done on his car. Anyway, the appraiser guy called today. He's supposed to assess the damage to my car. I need to find a body shop now. Oh right, I didn't tell you what happened...

Friday I took my brother to Silver Star because there was something wrong with his alarm. Driving home I took Queens Blvd but decided I'd rather be on Woodhaven. I turned onto 63dr and stopped behind a car at the stop light. The light turns green and the car in front of my signals to the right and pulls over so I continue on my way. Half way through the intersection the car that was in front of me (now to my right) decides she wants to make a u-turn. She doesn't look, although I don't know how she didn't see me, and runs straight into the side of my car. Now I have a gash in my passenger side door, a dented wheel well, scratch from front to back tire, and a missing cap over the nuts on the back tire. Oh yeah and I figured out today that the passenger side door doesn't close, like you can stick your hand between the door and the frame. At least it closes enough for the car to think it's closed.

Oooh, package from Coach just came. My birthday present from my brother =)

I ordered myself presents from American Eagle last night because I had a 15% off coupon. I'm excited about the shirts I got and the necklaces, too, in an attempt to accessorize. I think I need more dangley earrings, like chandelier-y ones.

I got this notice in the mail before tax-free week happened and was wondering if anyone else got it. It was from some government person that said that NY city sales tax (4%) is being eliminated. At first I was like WTF? because sales tax is 8.625% but then I realized that it would be cut down to 4.625%. So if my understanding of this is correct, that's pretty sweet!

Did you know that my living room was once two rooms? My brother and I figured that out when we ripped up the carpet and took down part of the wallpaper. The floor is half hard wood in the same pattern as the dining room and half is ply wood. Apparently there used to be some sort of porch or something like that back in the day. Now we're probably gonna have to get new hardwood floors put in. We're already WAY over budget. Oh well.

Where is there a Chili's around here? I saw a commercial for their dippers menu and I want to go there now. Stupid commercials make me hungry. I just saw one for Olive Garden's unlimited pasta thing, and now I want pasta. I'm like an advertisers dream!

Off the make breakfast... later.
