This is a brand new Delta bike hitch bike rack. It is made to mount in the back of a truck bed. It is lockable (lock not included) with a padlock. Bolts in with two bolts to bed.

Bicycle Research CT-7 Freewheel Removal Tool 2 Pack is a Suntour standard 2 prong freewheel tool.
These are for removing the freewheel from just about any older style hub. I only need one, but the guy was selling them in packs of two. The project bike is impatiently awaiting their arrival and I hope that they will prove to be useful in the future as well.
