(this makes me 1-1.5 L of juice that I have in the morning)
Kellogs All-bran. Low calorie, LOTS of fibre.
forme nonfat yoghurt 6-pack
50g Baby spinach
cucumber
tomato
Balsamic vinegar
40g sunflower seed kernals
Tinned Tuna 85g = 71kcal but only the ones in brine, withe lime and cracked pepper or in seawater.
(I make a salad and it is deeee-lish)
