Apartment Hunting and Nostalgia
So, yesterday Ry and I decided that we wanted to go look for apartments. So, we met up down at coffee table (which is the first time i've really been there in a long time). To me, the place is definately not what it used to be. I remember it being so crowded you really couldn't find a seat to sit in.
So the apartment hunting took off when Ry got to Coffee Table. The first place we looked at was the apts across from coffee table. They didn't have any openings. Then we tried the Greystone apartments that are north of planet smoothie. As we walked into the front looking at the buildings we realized that a lot of the rooms had: fans, window units, or their windows open. Which made us think that they didn't have any central AC. Something we really could not live without. Anyways, those apartments you have to be 21+ (WTF?).
So, after we got discouraged at looking at some more apartments...we decided to go to some vintage store down in the short north called Nostalgia. That place was freakin' sweet. I only wish the clothes would have fit me. Apparently, I am too short and too fat for the clothes that were in this place. But it was still cool.
Later we stopped by my friend Paul's place...I haven't really talked to this guy since October. We've talked online a bit--he stood me up. But we don't need to harp on that. We hung out there for awhile, it was great. I really enjoyed myself. Ry, however, had to cut our time short because he was craving Krispy Kreme donuts and Chips Ahoy chewy cookies. Thus, a trip to Giant Eagle is what we did.
Pretty much that was my night. Trippy, huh?
