Still kicking
Decided to let the home phone lapse since we have cell phones, and never really use the house one anyways.
Life is good. Work rocks, and I have pretty much free run of the kitchen, and seem to have become the defacto kitchen manager. Only one cook is not in line yet, and since he refuses to follow, and is fairly inept, as soon as we get the new guy up to speed on the saute line, J is gone.
Mother's Day at the restaurant should kick ass. The special being done is mine (seafood lasagne), as is the soup of the day (french onion). It is nice to have creative freedom, and the ability to carry it out :)
