Sake take 2
So I am trying once again to homebrew sake. The last attempt made sweet cream sherry... how? I have no flipping idea... So I tried to rectify whatever I did, so that this batch turns out the way I want it. Will it work? No idea? But it will be a learning experience, and a delicious one at that.
