Why did Kerry call Bush to concede?
It's not over yet! There is still one main state that could swing the election either way.
I don't know how accurate this report is since Fox is the only one with a story on it and they are also reporting Bush needs only one vote to win while every other news station says it's neck and neck.
Ohio has 20 electoral votes and thats means that it could swing for Kerry to win. There are still 250,000 votes not counted and that is more than the gap between the two in the state.
From what I understand coming from Fox News, they are reporting Bush with so many electoral college votes because the GOP has already claimed to have one certain states without the full count being in.
