Kava update and bliss?
Took Kava today it's not bad the effect is subtle but it definatly brings out a calm in me unfortunatly the effects don'tlast but for a few hours perhaps as I continue that will change? Also am wondering if I will build upa tolerance to it. it has caused a slight stomache upset but very very minnimal.
Obviously the kava working was a bliss not causing bad side effects is another LOL leanring more about my friend tuatha's personal spiritual beliefs is certainly a bliss. XM 50 "The Loft" best station on XM hands down great music
Going to pull back from certain situations for now. things that remain unhealthy and unstable. Those things which lead me to shakey ground when you've reached an inpass sometimes the only feesable option is to draw back, retreat
