VIctory and Bliss
Or should I say Victory in bliss. I had one quite a substancial one as well. As many as you know the weekends have seemed to be my biggest task thus far in sustaining happiness. I set a goal for myself though this friday before I slept I set a goal to make it through the entire weekend without being sad.

I have turned another corner on this pathway and I am proud of myself
Head cold and all I still was able to maintain a calm sense of sernenity. This is my bliss for today. A major major step in my progress. IT WORKS it's been working it IS working it will continue to work.
