What Tool is This?

Hi Everyone,

Below are a few images I created using a mysterious tool in Photoshop. It most resembled the line tool and the lines generated were based on where the start/end points of your line were. Interestingly, it also created this glow effect of each of the lines. Any guess as to what this tool might be?
