How do I turn it off?!?!

I loaded Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 when I bought a Wacom tablet. Now whenever I plug my camera into the USB, the Adobe picture downloader automatically opens up. I HATE this. I cannot find anywhere to turn this off, I don't want it to open.
Anyone know where to find the setting to kill it?
