[At first, there's only a long, charged silence where Terra's response should be. He hears the initial message, listens in on all the responses that follow it, but he's not sure what to think or say. What are the right words? What would he have said before, all those years before? His device carries the sound of footsteps as he heads out of the Pagoda. Hurries out, really.]

[He goes from a brisk wall to a run, armor crunching every step of the way. He doesn't bother answering the question, instead shouting out something of an order. Or a very strong plea.]

[Better move, Terra. You know how impatient and impulsive Ven gets. Though that order seems so desperate that he won't think about disobeying it.]

[Yes, he knows all too well about his friend's impulsive side. To make sure Ven doesn't wander off, he yells again.]

[He's going as quick as he can. He'd summon his Rider instead, but there's too many trees to maneuver around.]

[Which is a no-brainer, but he's not thinking about much except how to reach the Sanctuary as fast as possible. And it's not long before he's into the city and approaching the Sanctuary.]

[He mumbles something that's distorted by the helmet, something that may or may not be "I don't have a choice". He stops just outside the Sanctuary entrance and calls in.]

[Terra steps forward, too, closing the distance between them. The right words... They still haven't found their way to him, but the tone of his voice conveys his relief.]

That's right... I'm here.

[He kneels down, correcting himself with a whisper.]

[When he kneels down, that alarms him a lot, worried Terra might be injured. He rushes over, placing his hands on the metal shoulders and shaking him a little.]

Terra! Hey, are you alright?!

[That might have been a mistake on Ven's part: without his Keyblade in hand, Terra's able to get both his arms around the boy and he pulls him into a careful hug. "I missed you" might be the words he's looking for, but he doesn't speak them aloud. He doesn't feel he has the right to. Not like this, not as this.

Again he avoids the question, bringing up one of his own.]

What's the last thing you remember?

[The hug nearly knocks the wind out of him, and add that to the fact that he's never seen Terra act like this before. But Ven pieces together what everyone has told him so far, deducing that Terra had been stuck here for so long without either him or Aqua. So the only comfort he can do right now is hug his surrogate older brother as much as he can, despite being uncomfortable.]

W-we were in the Keyblade Graveyard, all three of us. I...

[He falters off a little, remembering his last words to his friends. How can he even repeat it now with Terra acting like this?]

I just asked you and Aqua to erase me...

[Terra nods once, his gaze fixing on the Sanctuary behind Ven. He thinks back, searching through old, rusty memories until he can picture the Graveyard. There he'd waited. There he'd gripped his friend's shoulder only to have his hand brushed away. 'Erase me'. He knew those words well.]

... I see.

[That hand returns to Ven's shoulder as he leans back, out of the hug.]

That won't be necessary here.

[Necessary. As though he could have granted the request under different circumstances. Sure, right.]

[There's something off about his friend, and Ven blinks a few times. It's the armor. He's not used to talking to his friend while he's garbed in it. Trying to hastily forget the incident of him practically begging his friends to erase him form the world, he tries to change topics.]

Have you been doing okay? Everyone told me you've been here for a long while now.
