Am I bluuuuueeee...
At least, NH is blue! Quite solidly so, thankfully. The energy in my town has been palpable all day. While there have been a lot of McCain signs around (including on my little street, so I put up an Obama sign), there has been very little visibility for him otherwise leading up to today. Since we are in the top 5/6 of the state which is less populous, all of the visits by the politicos have been in the southern areas of the state. I have seen a lot of sign holders, but 99% were Obama people. And even more telling, to me, I was out around 6:30 this evening. My town's polls closed at 7. I went past the Dem office and it was wall to wall people. I think there must have been 30+ folks in there. Just a block away, the republican office was almost empty. Single digits.
Let's hope the whole nation keeps breaking blue. I am psyched to see Kay Hagen beating Liddy Dole. That godless ad went WAY over the edge. This election is definitely turning into a referendum on the current state of things!
