Test Drives: Day Deux
today was Toyota Day!
Drove the Corolla. loved it. Smooth, quiet, ride. Easy handling. AND, the speedometre is an actual needle such as i'm used to (compared to yesterday's Civic which has the LED digital readout just below the windshield).
Then i drove the Matrix. thought i'd like it. didnt. noisier ride. biiiiig blind spots when backing up.
Went to the Hyundai dealership but it was closed.
Oooohh, forgot to mention...drove Joe's Subaru today. a STANDARD! I havent driven a standard in 10 years! I did very very well I might add. Joe said he couldnt even see what I was so nervous about. it was a smooth start/stop/ride. no worries :)!!
