(no subject)
Well so much to update i almost dont know where to begin...
Junior Prom was Friday night... me and Ben went with Anna and Steve. It's kinda awesomely weird going to prom with someone you use to raid our mom's closets and walk around in their high heeled shoes...memories of cutting barbie's hair and baking "brownies" in the microwave and so many other.
So prom was fun... i just love looking at all the different and beautiful dresses. I have to say i wasnt a fan of the poofy dresses until i saw them on girls and now i think they are so cool and princess like. We hung out with Cara and Adam for most of the night, and other people like Anna and Steve, Yifan, Ainsley and her date (zach?) and other people. I have to say it was better than i expect and it was a fun time. I'm very excited for our junior prom next year it's going to be so great and fun.
Saturday morning i started my first job at Honey Dew... and i did that this morning too. I really do like working their and everyone is extremely nice and funny too. I absolutely love the customers because most of them are regulars (so i have been told) and are very friendly. I've made a few mistakes and I'm not so caught up with the fast pace of the business, which is discouraging, but it's because i'm still learning.
After work on Saturday i declared it a personal movie day for myself. Ben came over and we watched "Singing in the Rain" because he hasnt seen it and i've been dying to see it lately. Then he left and i watched "Amelie" because it looked interesting and i have heard so many good comments about it. And after trying to figure how to get English subtitles on the DVD for about a 1/2 hour ...it really was funny... but not just funny it had an entertaining storyline to go with the humor, i have a new appreciation for French films and i'm not going to judge them on the odd ones we watch in French class.
