Appearance: 167 cm and slim body with an always smiling (^___^) face. No, you wouldn't think that he's a dangerous person at all... Expect when he opens his eyes, you see that they're blue (and probably angry / extremely serious / excited because those are the moments for Fuji to open them).
Personality: Among the students this calm and content boy is mostly seen with a wide smile on his face. Fuji's charming, friendly and extremely social, he makes new friends easily and chats with people often. And he's a very trustworthy friend/brother/person, your secrets are safe with Fuji. He's made some mistakes in his past, for example not being there to support his loved ones when he was needed... So Fuji really tries to be there for his family and friends when they need him. He's very protective of people close to him, especially of his little brother Yuuta.
Fuji also has a quite playful nature on the outside - his mind can be more serious actually. There are only a few people who can make Fuji show his serious side on the outside.
Even if Fuji looks completely harmless and maybe even naive with his constantly smiling face, you musn't underestimate him. This genius isn't an easy target for your evil stuff, nor the most friendly person on Earth either. Fuji can be quite devilish behind that sweet smile and usually he keeps his true feelings hidden from everyone. Making him furious is not a good idea from anyone and you don't want his open eyes be directed to you. It really looks like one look could kill when his furious eyes are open. Fuji can hold grudges forever, he usually expresses them by completely ignoring the person who's done something that Fuji didn't like and he will never forgive it.
History: Syuusuke is the second child to his parents and the first son to the family. He has an older sister, Yumiko and one year after his own birth his little brother, Yuuta was born. Syuusuke has been (over)protective of Yuuta for as long as he can remember. Their loving parents tried to share their attention to the brothers equally and failed hard at it. It was this boy who got more attention though he also noticed that Yuuta wasn't amused by it even if Yuuta tried to hide it sometimes.
Ever since young age Syuusuke the tensai child showed some amazing skills in about everything. And if he tried to fake it sometimes by failing on purpose, his parents knew he could do better than that. Syuusuke succeeded in all of their expectations - except maybe being actually happy about his life as a tensai of the family while Yuuta suffered from being that normal boy of the family.
At some point of his life Syuusuke realized that he couldn't turn back either. So he decided to smile more often... And more often... And then it became a nasty habit when he was still a young kid.
He's sitll not sure why he chose to go to Eclipse Academy. Some kind of an instinct? Maybe. Syuusuke was about to cancel the plan when he heard that Yuuta was going to the school too. But once again that something told him to go too. At least for a little while... Not that he's going to sign off now that he got in.
