Update → Film Shop, Currency, & More!
Hello everyone! If you didn't know, I was out of town from Friday night until Sunday afternoon, but I'm home now! I should've responded back to everyone who PM'd/commented me but if I missed you, let me know! I always try to answer everyone as soon as I receive your message! :)
I also want to thank Gil (barnaby) for taking over the Film Shop for me while I was out of town! ♥
First, I'd like to do the weekly congratulations from June 12 - June 18! Thank you to these players for being active and completing such tasks! If you think I've missed you, let me know~

Now, to cover some important (and much talked about?) topics! I tried to incorporate everyone's ideas and opinions into the final decisions I make, but of course I can't make everyone happy so hopefully everyone is okay with what I decided. If you aren't, then feel free to PM me ONLY and we can talk about it!
And beware, that this is a long post so I will be hiding everything under a cut XD
Film Shop: After much discussion and reading everyone's thoughts, a lot of you said you wanted the limits removed. However, I didn't want to because although you all have the right to master the decks when you have the film to do so, because of the random camera system limits are necessary to give everyone a fair chance. So although a lot of you want to be the first to master your donated decks and trust me, I'm the same way I don't want to give anyone an advantage over anyone else especially if another player likes the character you've donated the same amount as you do, or more.
I have however, loosened up the limits (in my opinion) so you can pretty much by each card pack either Once per Week or 2-5 Times per Week, depending on the pack. I've also added a new pack called Card Pack 06 and it's a way to get around the limits. Also something I think could be fun. The catch is that you don't know what card pack you'll get (the randomizer chooses) but you will pay the same price no matter what pack you end up getting. Perhaps you'll get lucky and win Card Pack 04 for only 4 Film instead of the regular 5! Let me know what you think! :)
Currency: Some players have suggested that the rewards with random cameras should be changed to a set amount so everyone has a fair chance. I do agree with this but I and another player think that not only does the random camera prize provide a little fun and suspense of what you may get, it should also encourage you to participate in the community more to get a higher chance of getting more cameras!
Discarded Photos: Because the Discarded Photos is small right now, I've decided I'll add in 20 cards from the randomizer on a random day this week where instead of the current limit of 1 or 2 cards, you can pick up to 3 or 4 cards! I won't post an update about it though, so keep checking to see when it'll be updated :)
Donation Deck: The Grand Opening deck is ALMOST done! We only need 3 MORE CARDS so if you have not donated already, please considering doing so! As long as the character(s) looks happy/cheerful, I'll accept it. If I don't get any more donations by Friday, I will fill in whatever remaining blanks are left as I want to release this deck this Friday. Once this deck is finished, I will post 2 new donation decks that will (hopefully) be completed for The July Release 002.
Site News: As I'm now on summer vacation with the exception of a morning exam this Friday, and a week and a half summer school in July, I've deiced to revamp some of the pages on the site so everything is more clear and easier to use. The main pages I'll be addressing are: the Member List (adding a column for lj usernames), About page (organizing and cutting down length), Service pages (clarifying info), and updating pages with relatively old information . Please leave your ideas, suggestions, and requests on what you'd like to see added to the site (that wasn't already mentioned) because it may just be used! Please also take 1 choice card starting with either an S or an R and comment with what you take. Like the last post, if you aren't collecting and S or R deck, then feel free to pick up a card for someone else! :)
New Card Category: I'll be adding a new card category called Seiyuu. If you couldn't already tell, this type of deck will be based around the voice actors that help make an anime possible! Each Seiyuu card will be worth 1 to your card count, but can be traded and treated as a Special card (depending on your personal preference of special trades at 2:1 or 1:1). Thank you to Yingyu (yamachan01) for the idea, and for donating the first Seiyuu deck!
Member Card 02: It's time to introduce the next member card in the family!! This is based around Double/OTP Decks so if you have no clue what those are, please check out this page here for more information. Basically, 02 Member Cards will ONLY be attainable through completing a double deck for your OTP (or whatever pairing you choose) and the image featured on the card will be whatever pairing you choose to use. HOWEVER you can only get 1 02 MEMBER CARD! Make sure to choose which pairing you want carefully. This member card is NOT a limited time event, and will be around forever so feel free to claim it whenever you like!
To celebrate this, everyone may donate 1 Extra Deck this month in addition to the monthly limit of 2 Character + 1 Puzzle Decks! You will get the regular reward for whatever deck type you donate, plus 1 Yellow Camera and a promise that it'll be made for the next release. Don't forget to label your comment subject as "06/19/11 Update - 1 Extra Donation" or this offer does not count. If you forget the subject I will either deny your donation if you have already donated the monthly limit, or count it as a part of the monthly limit. SO MAKE SURE TO LABEL YOUR SUBJECT!
I am doing this to give players a chance to donate a character deck for their pairing, but of course you don't have to use your extra deck for the pairing if you don't want to!
And I think that's it! I probably am missing something like usual, but if that is so then I will address it in the next update. Until then~
