If that was the pairing they wanted on their member card, then yes! The decks don't have to be collected together. Collecting and mastering them at separate times is fine, in fact encouraged so once you do apply for an 02 Member Card, you'll get one with the pairing you want the most :)

Nope! It can be any pairing, as long as it's two characters! Get as cracked as you'd like ;)

As of right now, yes! Mostly because that would overload people on MCs and would be a pain to name on the server. however, something will be done soon about double decks and their prizes or rewards!
