Somewhere amongst our of mess shoeboxes full of photos, I have a photo I took years ago at my mother-in-law's looking through her crepe myrtle at a bolt of fork lightning. Anyway, I have given up trying to find it (and realised that I REALLY need to sort through our photos and get them in some semblance of order). So, instead, here's one I took last spring:
