When I was a kid I learnt to read using Ladybird books 1 - 5, and then reading lots of the stories etc.  There are some great history ones, and I still love reading about history.  Anyway ... here is 5A & 5B  (And, yes, the child in the icon is me!)



I would love to have a designer house, but that doesn't work for me ... my coffee table is always covered with stuff!
