I am kicking this one off myself.
This time last year we were 3 weeks away from my daughter's wedding day - or so we thought.
This was taken at on March 7th her hen do - a really lovely afternoon tea with about 20 other women and girls.
The bride is in red on the right. And yes; that stand has tiny ice-cream cones, cheesecakes in tiny mason jars, scones with jam and whipped or clotted cream, macarons, sponge cake - and behind it was a platter of tiny savouries which, if my memory serves me well, included tiny prawn cocktails and crab cakes, miniature quiches, and at least four different sorts of finger sandwiches. There was also a lot of tea, and prosecco.
It was a lovely day - the pandemic still seemed far away and unlikely to affect us in any way...
