Dude, do some women get their panties in a bunch over everything?
This is what I said to her:
We could we have different ideas of what a "deployment" is, but days remaining on a deployment, whether to Iraq or Afgainstan, on a ship, on a training "deployment", anywhere away is considered info to protect.
Anything else is PERSEC (personal security), someone knowing exactly what's going on with you could be dangerous to you. To be honest, it's all up to you what kind of personal information you want to disclose. But you do need to be aware that someone could gather personal information from what you disclose. (like exactly how long you'll be alone).
To avoid any of that just use a donut. I'll see if I can find a link for you. You just put in the dates of when he left and when he'll be home, and it'll give it to you in percentages, so even though no one knows specifics, you can still share your joy in making progress.
[I found her a link to a donut and gave it to her in a reply]
And this was her reply:
From the time he left my doorstep to the time he returns. I consider that a deployment no matter what he does in between. But because you're a bitch and my actual question was answered already, I'm going to delete the post. Now go fuck yourself and ruin someone else's day.
LOL, so I'm a bitch for pointing out that her saying specific days left could get someone hurt or killed? I'm a bitch for indicating that she should keep certain information (like how long she'll be alone) private? And then I went out of my way to suggest a way to share progress being made without compromising information. And somehow *I* am the bitch?
