Lots of news
So...
I start my internship next Tuesday. :-D I'm so excited!!
Also, I recently finished many things, among them a book (The Geneticist Who Played Hoops with My DNA ...And Other Masterminds from the Frontiers of Biotech by David Ewing Duncan) and my mom's sweater.
My mom in her newly finished sweater. (Except before I sewed on the buttons. Now it has nice gold buttons down the front.)

I'm really proud of myself for finishing that, even though it took me over a year. X-b I don't think I'll be doing another sweater anytime soon...
And yesterday I made so much bread... See, I got this "Amish Friendship Bread" thing from the neighbors, and I only found 1 person to give a "starter" to, so Wednesday I had 3 bags, each of which can potentially make 5 loaves of bread. So I made 1 loaf of cinnamon bread (which was what the original recipe was for), 1 loaf of chocolate bread (with chocolate chips! :-D), 1 banana-oat coffee cake (which ended up overflowing the pan as it rose in the oven. That was pretty interesting... It's still good, though.), 2 pineapple coffee cakes (I wised up and divided the batter into 2 pans that time X-D), and 2 dozen apple muffins. When I finished mixing up the muffins, I decided I'd had enough for the day, so I ended up throwing away the rest of the batter that I had. Except for 1 cup of starter, so I can make more stuff next Saturday. ^_~ Fortunately, it all tastes pretty good. Experimental baking can really be fun!
Anyway, my sister needs to borrow my computer, since I have powerpoint, and the family computer doesn't. (It's also really slow, and still running Windows 98.) ::sigh:: Must do my duty as big sister!
