(almost didn’t!! OMG mum had hurt her neck and didn’t want to leave the hotel the whole 3 days we were in Florence and I said NO! We are here. I am seeing Michelangelo's David. WE MAY NEVER COME BACK AND WE WILL HAVE MISSED IT BECAUSE YOU WERE TOO BUSY SULKING!! Which I think was a fairly good effort for a 14 year old who doesn’t have a brilliant appreciation for museums and art galleries. How much suck would it have been to stay in the whole trip though? All I’d have got from Florence was watching Grease in Italian… I did that anyways btw)
