Khmer Kampuchea
Woah...the temples of Angkor. My god. Too Cool!
If you have the means...go do it. Would give anyone a archeology boner. Although, no one has too much respect for the local currency. Everything was in dollars, and change is given in Riel.
Just a quick summary,
-Angkor Wat is gigantic, huge, massive, the biggest fucking thing I have seen.
-A bunch of Cambodians got really mad when I didn't buy their guidebooks, apparently me being their first customer and refusing, wrecked their business...sorry.
-Lisa lost a game of tic-tac-toe with a 10 year old Khmer and was forced to give him one dollar.
-Siem Reap has more European restaurants than Portland
-Pnom Penh is less than stellar but should be visited for a day.
-Go visit Happy Pizza...it will make you ecstatic!!!
