So, I just finished Guards! Guards!, and Hogfather before that... I've also read The Color of Magic, Thief of Time, Monstrous Regiment, The Fifth Elephant, and Night Watch. They're all marvelous (with a partial exception in the case of The Color of Magic... if the Discworld books I've read so far are the Justice League, The Color of Magic is Aquaman), but so far the Watch books are my absolute favorites and I'm worried if I just move on to Men at Arms next I'll never manage to work up the interest to read the rest of the non-Watch books. Should I go with a stand-alone like Small Gods instead? Start in properly at the start of the Death books with Mort? Pick up Wyrd Sisters and finally start in on the Witch books? Go back to The Light Fantastic since it picks up where The Color of Magic left off and rely on everyone's reassurance that the Rincewind books get better? Or should I just indulge myself and keep at the Watch books anyway?
