Walked into that one...
This post is for all the Futurama fans out there.
Last night "Jurassic Bark" was on Adult Swim, and I watched it even though I could see from the little plot description that it was the episode with Fry's dog that always makes me cry. Turns out that's a bit of an understatement, since the very end sent me into several hours of absolute snot-faced misery. Now I know I'm a bit of an emo wimp, to the point that certain commercials will make me tear up, but this level of impact is exceedingly rare in television (or movies, for that matter), animated or otherwise... off the top of my head, only the end of Bebop can do the same thing to me. That's high praise in my book.
Damnit, now posting about it has me crying over the poor dog again. T_T
