Here's something I've never understood:
When adjusting the AC in a car, most drivers seem to think there is only one knob...The one that controls the intensity of the air (from LOW to HIGH).
But there is another knob! It controls temperature. It's not just a switch that only goes from Freezing Cold to Scorching Heat. There's some gray area in-between.
However, it seems that most people remain blissfully ignorant of the 2nd knob. In the winter they have it cranked all the way to Red, and in the summer they keep it all the way on Blue. When I say it's too hot in the car, lowering the velocity of the air blowing on me doesn't change the fact that it's still hot air.
It's like asking someone to change the channel on a TV, and having them lower the volume.
