Starbucks
Lately I've been stopping by Starbucks before work. The first thing I noticed is the same thing everyone else comments on: I don't know how to pronounce the word "Grande."
I assume it's Gron-Day, but I don't want to sound like a pretentious ass. However, by pronouncing it Grand, I still sound like an ass.
Also, and I didn't know this, but if you ask them, they'll put the sugar in it for you. And since I like a lot of sugar in my coffee, that saves me some time.
