Towns and the People you Meet
On average, I go to Lafayette every 3 or 4 weeks. But every time I go, I unexpectedly run into someone I went to high school with (or, for the grammatically correct, I "run into someone with which I went to high school.").
Conversely, I've lived in Baton Rouge for the last 3 years. I went to college here for 4 years. But I don't even run into people I went to college with, let alone people I went to high school with.
Just one of those funny little things about life, I guess.
