the men's bathroom (or boy's)
The past week has really opened my eyes to how disgusting some guys are.
When I go to the restroom I have a set number of tasks to complete as part of the ritual. I lift the seat, do my business, flush the toilet, then wash my hands. I just like to wash my hands knowing that the majority of guys don't wash their hands and I have to hit a keypunch to get in to the room. Normally I would avoid touching the doorhandle, but in this case I have no choice.
I know, this seems like a pretty easy and straightforward process, but half of the guys who enter that bathroom can barely do 1 out of 4.
I've seen guys walk in, do their business, then walk out. I know it happens because when I enter, they leave the stall and behind is the seat down, urine still in place, and I know they didn't just wash their hands.
If I had to put a number on it, I would say that 10 out of the 20 guys who use the restroom here don't wash their hands.
I've never associated myself with the people who don't wash their hands (before or after being witness to the disgusting act), thank goodness, and I don't think that's just by any coincidence. Probably the ones I know would wash their hands if they saw me coming.
